This policy outlines your rights and the process for returning items and requesting a refund.

2. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are faulty:

  • Items classified as intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., certain types of clothing worn next to the skin).

  • Products that are personalized or made-to-order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@wheeliestorage.shop with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. We will then provide you with the return address and a Returns Authorisation number.

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the Package: Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss until the parcel reaches us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Timing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Deductions: Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or a faulty product.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure our gear is delivered in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@wheeliestorage.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos or a video of the damage or fault. We will cover the cost of return shipping and will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns process once you receive the item.
