4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification. It must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.

• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location.

5. Important Notes
