All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as you check out, and a separate shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We are proud to ship across the United Kingdom. We partner with trusted carriers like Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your items arrive safely.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
5. Delivery Issues
What if I’m not home?
Royal Mail: Will typically leave a “Something for You” card and your parcel will be held at your local delivery office for collection.
DPD: Will provide a one-hour delivery window via SMS/Email and often allows you to provide specific delivery instructions or redirect to a safe place or neighbour.
What if my order is delayed?
While we provide reliable delivery estimates, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your tracking information is the best source for updates. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusually long time, please contact us.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@wheeliestorage.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged package/product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.
6. Important Notes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
